Terrazzo artwork depicting the Centenary of the Proclamation of the City of Brighton 1958, and the Brighton Arch of Remembrance. Located in the former Brighton Council Chambers/Town Hall. South Australia

            The foundation stone of the new Municipal Offices and Council Chamber was laid by F J Brown Esq., J.P., Mayor Brighton on 26 June 1937. He was presented with a silver trowel by the contractor Mr A Marshall.
On Saturday 27 November 1937 Mr Brown opened the building.
