A CP Geep in the Twin Cities - a photo on Flickriver

            Dusk is falling upon St. Paul, MN as a relatively rare CP GP38-2 leads two other CP EMDs on a CPKC transfer freight down the Merriam Park Subdivision, as seen from the bluff at Indian Mounds Regional Park.

In the distance you can see CP 2816, the 4-6-4 "Empress" steam locomotive, resting at St. Paul Union Depot, preparing to depart its display there for Pigs Eye Yard, where it will stay overnight through the next day for maintenance before continuing on to Chicago.
