The one where I forgot my hat - a photo on Flickriver

            So one evening whist in Shropshire I went out for a sunset shot. I figured that just maybe the late evening sun would catch the Shropshire hills. I lugged all my camera gear up the hill, tripod as well and set up in this spot. I waited ages for the sun to drop and I knew I'd not get a horizon shot so low down but I hoped for some light on those hills. I looked to the west and it was all aglow, purple and gold, this was my moment.
Sadly I had left my photographers hat back in the cottage and it was too late to run and get it.
I was set up on the tripod, aperture f16 and I left the camera in auto ISO, my daytime setting, Doh......
So..... not as sharp as I had hoped!
I did realise but by that time the moment had passed.
Ho Hum..................
