Hun ontwerpen contrasteren tussen romantiek en rebellie, uitbundigheid en controle, classicisme en conceptualisme. Ter gelegenheid van het vijfentwintigjarig jubileum van het Amsterdamse modehuis Viktor & Rolf presenteert de tentoonstelling Viktor & Rolf Fashion Artists 25 Years' de meest indrukwekkende werken van dit eigenzinnige modeduo.

For the past 25 years the collaboration Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren has led to works of uncompromising beauty. Throughout their illustrious career, Viktor & Rolf have carved a contradictory identity that pushes the boundaries between art and fashion, often contrasting romance and rebellion exuberance and control, classicisme and conceptualism. On the occasion of the twenty-fifth anniversary of  the Amsterdam-based high fashion house Viktor & Rolf, the exhibition Viktor & Rolf Fashion Artists 25 Years shows some of the most impressive works by this unconventional Dutch design duo.

Seit 25 Jahren führt die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Viktor Horsting und Rolf Snoeren zu kompromissloser Schönheit. In ihrer glorreichen Karriere verschieben Viktor & Rolf ständig die Grenzen zwischen Kunst und Mode. Ihre Entwürfe kontrastieren zwischen Romantik und Rebellion, Überschwang und Kontrolle, Klassizismus und Konzeptualismus. Anlässlich des 25-jährigen Jubiläums des Amsterdamer Modehauses Viktor & Rolf zeigt die Ausstellung Viktor & Rolf Fashion Artists 25 Years 'die beeindruckendsten Werke dieses skurrilen Modeduos.
