Cairngorms and Loch Morlich. - a photo on Flickriver

            Commentary.

Sunbathing at 1050 feet above sea-level, at 25°celsius, by Loch Morlich.
Ski at up to 4,300 feet on the slopes above.
Have a meal at the 1096m. (3,700 feet) restaurant at the top of the ski tow and funicular railway.
See the reindeer grazing on the slopes nearby.
Forest walks, cycle ways, boating, water-skiing, canoeing and kayaking is on offer.
Breathe in that pine-laden, clean air and take in the mountain views.
No wonder Cairngorm National Park is so popular, all year around.
The views from the summits extend beyond Rothiemurchus Forest, the National Park and Aviemore ski-resort.
North, north-west and west landmarks one hundred miles away, are visible on a clear day, like this!
