            Anwohner des Stadtviertels St. Pauli kritisierten das Bauprojekt, weil sich solche reinen Bürokomplexe und Luxus-Hotels in der Innenstadt nun auch immer mehr auf den Kiez ausdehnten und damit das Viertel veränderten.
