Beautiful Beast (IN EXPLORE) - a photo on Flickriver

            This male Big Horned Sheep (known as a Ram), lifted his head mid chew and looked in my direction.   I watched this beautiful beast for about 20 mins from my vehicle during a Spring trip to Jasper this year.  I’ve often wondered how all the wildlife managed during the ferocious fires Jasper had this summer.  I hope animals like this one found safety and have since found green pastures to graze and survive.
