Youthful Motherhood! - a photo on Flickriver

            During our visit to Chitwan, Nepal, we explored the local lifestyle. Life is difficult for many but you wouldn't know it by the friendliness of the Nepalese. This photo of a young mother and her youngster, exemplifies their joy and comfort with their lifestyle. This life takes a toll (by western standards) on them physically in part due to the sun, higher altitudes and atmospheric dryness. It's brutal on exposed skin. Nevertheless, the Nepalese people are a joy to visit and we feel fortunate to have shared some time with them.
