If you don’t tell me
Talk to me
How can I tell
What is wrong
I may be a mind reader
But still
It’s not that strong
Perhaps you thought
I was something
Made up in your mind
Have you ever thought
I was just trying to be kind
Maybe its just you
And nothing to do with me
But how can I tell
If you won’t talk to me?
Some would say I was naive
Eager and ready to please
Maybe so
But that is better than being cynical
And over used
Did you think I was some sort of guru
Or modern god
No
I am just like you
Somebody with feelings
Who thinks a lot
In the end we have to accept
The good with the bad
So I will just let you go
Move on as they say
Even if it causes me sorrow
I will be gone
And you won’t find me
Here tomorrow

Acceptance can be just as difficult as conversation.
