This is not a rescue truck.  This is a city service ladder that was operated as a Truck Company.  At the time I was there Cary operated 2 CST's and maintained a 3rd as a spare.

It's difficult to see but there is a full complement of ground ladders on board.  Also, if you look at the other photo I posted of this apparatus you can see the "T 7" in the window for Truck 7.  Cary was unusual in that it ran the CSTs.  They no longer operate them.
