The same issue includes an article with screencaps from the third TMNT live-action movie, so this particular issue probably date to sometime around 1993. The fashion model photographs likely predate this magazine by several years, having previously appeared in a December 8, 1990 issue of Madame Figaro.

According to Wikipedia, Blanco y Negro (meaning Black and White in English) was a Spanish-language weekly art and literary magazine (established 1891) controlled by the Catholic Church  through Editorial Catolica and published out of Madrid, Spain.. In 1988, Blanco y Negro became a Sunday supplement to the daily newspaper ABC; in 2005, it was renamed ABCD Las Artes y Las Letras and continued as a weekly supplement.
