Yes, It's 1932 All Over Again!

Linda, Anna, and me on the set of "Bonnie and Clyde: The True Story," a made-for-TV movie that was filmed in and around Dallas in 1991.  After our experience working on "JFK," we heard about this movie being filmed and went to an open casting call in our best 30's attire.  Unlike the "JFK" audition, there were only about 100 people there, and no one was dressed up, so we were chosen on the spot to be in the movie.

We arrived on set (which was located in a small town outside of Dallas somewhere) a couple weeks later to film a dancing scene.  We got there in the afternoon, wearing our own clothing, and hung out until filming began at dusk.  Once filming began, we danced and danced and danced until the scene wrapped sometime before sunrise.  I remember that my partner kept stepping on my feet because he didn't know the first thing about dancing with a girl.  By the end of the night, I was wobbling around trying to avoid that guy at all costs -- OUCH!

After all of that pain, I never even saw the movie when it came on TV!  I don't think that Anna did, either, until a few months ago when she found an old tape of it that her sister had.  I wonder if the movie was any good....
