Reminiscing summer in Franconia: Franconian pale ale, Stadtwurst sour.
Franconia has more breweries per sq km than Belgium; and it’s famous for a huge variety of sausages. Stadtwurst (“City sausage”?) is a coarse Lyonnaise sausage wich is eaten in soup or sour with onions and a vinaigrette. Delicious!
