DMU W55020 and 37411 at St, Blazey, Cornwall

            55020 is Class 121 Driving Motor Brake Second. It first entered service in September 1960 and was originally allocated to Southall (81C). It was officially withdrawn from service in May 1992 a few days after this image was taken. 

37411 was released from the English Electric Vulcan Foundry in June 1965 and allocated to Cardiff Canton. Its original BR number was D6990. It was renumbered 37290 in March 1974 and finally rebuilt and renumbered 37411 in October 1985. During its life the loco carried the names "The Institution of Railway Signal Engineers" "Ty Hafan", "The Scottish Railway Preservation Society" and "Castel Caerphilli - Caerphilly Castle" before eventfully being scrapped by CF Booth's of Rotherham in 2013.
