Ebbing With the Flow - a photo on Flickriver

            Like two out of three dingledary Dans duking it out in a rout of the Amerinds, the back and forth was making everyone’s head spin, no exorcism involved. Dan of the Cheapo Clan was adamant that kings be taking little ones and as ruthlessly as possible. Across the great divide, Don, whose claim as one of the great Dans was dawning on all, ebbing with the flow and slowly evaporating into a wish upon the stars. He sought to give leave but, a general chorus of opposition poked and jabbed him in the sides, urging him forth with truth as be told and bravado unhindered. The Cap wanted to slap the table with both hands, rise and let his authoritarian voice be heard. The din of the Dons was too much and the Dans as well. Let ‘em play in the sand then, he thought, let ‘em find out how much. That gave El Cheapo the Creepo the opening he needed. “Friends, my countrymen, might I direct your attention to my little board here. You’ll notice not much has changed.”
