After 4 kids soccer games on Saturday (one of which I coached) I needed to get away. I text Adam Potts Saturday afternoon about the potential for a good sunset up in Tahoe Sunday night. It just so happened that he was going to be up there with his family. We decided that due to thick cloud coverage to the East that the potential for a Super Moon photo op would be a no go. So instead of Emerald Bay, we decided to head to the Sand Harbor area. I am sure glad we did! Shortly after we arrived, the sky lit up : )
