Bridges in Hamilton - a photo on Flickriver

            The bridge on the left is the old lift bridge. It went up to let ships into the Hamilton Harbor from Lake Ontario, probably supplying the steel mills and other factories on the bay.

On the left is the Burlington Bay Skyway. It was a great relief when it opened to Hamilton area people. It's part of the Queen Elizabeth Way connecting Toronto, Hamilton and the Niagara area.
