the last of us....

            Not exactly the apocalypse, but certainly the end of a part of history. This old east central Iowa farmhouse was once a stage stop on the way west. People stayed in its many rooms and ate and drank from its tavern. Later it became part of a successful farm. But apparently age caught up with it and its new owners decided a restoration was not in the cards. Now it's gone and a new modern ranch house occupies its place....
