Project 365 - Day 18 - porridge pancakes

            One of the most common baby led weaning foods. 

This photo makes then look delicious, but in reality they are a poor mans flapjack and are rubbery and tasteless. The boy seems to like them. One batch had prunes added.

The vague recipe I use is:

2 tbsp Oats
4tbsp Milk

Mix and spread onto bottom of small tupperware box. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Cool overnight to set for breakfast the following morning. You can add fruit etc or spread with cheese etc.
