Honda Civic Si with Dealer Plate - a photo on Flickriver

            This color is "Tonic Yellow Pearl" according to the maker. It really does not appear yellow to me at all. It seemed a bit strange to me when I first saw it but now I’ve gotten used to it so it doesn’t seem off-putting anymore, especially on the 2-door model such as this. But I suppose that it was a slow seller because Honda doesn’t seem to be offering it in 2020 model year Civics. 

Observation 2 - There seems to be a Chevrolet HHR Panel Van Model approaching from the opposite direction.

Observation 3 -The Corolla on the right margin has a ballcap with the emblem of the NFL Green Bay Packers visible in the backlite.. Seeing Packers fans in Southern California is not unusual at all.
