In 2011 Betty Klimenko created what would become a force to be reckoned with in the arena of Australian motorsports when she launched Erebus Motorsport.
What has long been considered a male dominated sport Betty has taken on all comers and is still continuing to leave an indelible mark on the sport.
The success of Erebus Racing soon attracted the attention of Shaw and Partners who came on board and have since signed on for a further term until the end of 2024.
It is a sponsorship deal which has seen Shaw and Partners’ logo featuring prominently on the teams Gen 3 Camaro driven by Will Brown and Brodie Kostecki at the Repco Bathurst 1000 in 2023.
But it takes teamwork and hard work in the pits to ensure that the Erebus team have the best opportunity to put points on the board and as we know a race can be won and lost in the pits.
These images display the pit crew at the ready to do whatever it required to ensure that the car continues to circulate and that it is released in the shortest possible time.
