Sunrise Silhouette

            An early morning sunrise and the winter sun peeks through the trees lining what once used to be the pit top, where all the unused rock and shale from Dinnington Colliery was dumped when the coal mine was fully operational.  I remember playing (illegally) over the tops when I was a kid, but now it's all public parkland and open to everyone.
