MAROON HAZE... - a photo on Flickriver

MAROON HAZE...

            Not purple! The haze is significant in that Bredon Hill is completely hidden.

Class69 69009 'Western Consort' approaches Abbotswood Junction and is about to turn off for Worcester on 24-3-25.

The working is the 5Q93 0920 Eastleigh Trsmd to Long Marston ECS and running 12 minutes early hauling unit 701059. It has visited the loop at Eckington but was released early. I fail to understand how with so little traffic it was necessary to visit the loop at all. Unless of course the driver needed a refreshment break?

As my free time is extremely limited I was not able to stop to see the departure from Worcester off to Long Marston.
