El Parador de Zamora en la hora azul
En el centro histórico de la capital zamorana, un precioso palacio renacentista del siglo XV, construido sobre una antigua alcazaba musulmana y convertido hoy en Parador. El aroma medieval del interior, se aprecia en armaduras, tapices y en su mobiliario. El estilo renacentista del patio, la galería acristalada de madera y los escudos heráldicos.
Por su estratégica localización geográfica Zamora es encrucijada de caminos en la Vía de la Plata. La catedral y su cúpula gallonada, el Convento de las Dueñas, el delicado toque modernista y el románico urbano de muchas edificaciones, forman un conjunto de historia y arte fascinante. La primera ciudad en posesión de romanico, un lugar para perderse en Castilla León.

In the historic center of the capital of Zamora, a beautiful 15th century Renaissance palace, built on an old Muslim fortress and today converted into a Parador. The medieval aroma of the interior is appreciated in armor, tapestries and in its furniture. The Renaissance style of the courtyard, the wooden glazed gallery and the heraldic coats of arms.
Due to its strategic geographical location, Zamora is a crossroads on the Vía de la Plata. The cathedral and its galloned dome, the Convent of the Dueñas, the delicate modernist touch and the urban Romanesque of many buildings, form a fascinating collection of history and art. The first city in possession of Romanesque, a place to get lost in Castilla León.
