As mentioned before, I will post a Moonta Bay special every week so here's one to end the hectic week for me. Its going to be a long weekend here for us Aussies so a great time for me to chill out a bit. I am kind of enjoying my late night post for now.. sometime different for a change but most probaby will go back to morning post by next week. In the meantime, enjoy a fantastic friday ahead!! woohooo! weekend is just round the corner :P Cheers!

Standard 3 exposure shot (+2..0..-2 EV) with tripod using Sigma DC HSM 10-20mm lens

- Tonemapped generated HDR using detail enhancer option

Photoshop

- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'curves' to increase the contrast
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation' (masters) to tone down overall saturation
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation' (reds) to slightly decrease the redness of the sky
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation' (yellows) to correct & slightly tone up the sunset
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'photo filter' (yellows) to correct part of the shore
- Blended 1 layer mask effect of 0 EV single tonemapped hdr to correct various other parts
- Used 'unsharp mask' (as always) on the background layer
