Life's a Puzzle :: HDR - a photo on Flickriver

Yeah life's a puzzle... just like this sculpture ..almost there is no beginning & no ending. A bit like my life in a uni now. When school is quiet & students are getting past the exam weeks, that's when most would think that its the time to relax.. not quite the same here, in fact that's when our workload gets fairly high instead as a staff. Just thought i will share something with u all tonight.. something near the uni which i get to see almost everyday when i go to work.

Standard 3 exposure shot (+2..0..-2 EV) taken handheld using Sigma DC HSM 10-20mm lens

- Added 2 layer mask effect of 'curves' to increase the contrast
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation'(master) to decrease the overall saturation
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation'(reds) to adjust the lightness
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation'(blues) to darken the sky
- Added 1 layer mask effect of 'saturation'(greens) to adjust the tone
- Used 'unsharp mask' (as always) on the background layer
