the shirt is in support of public schools-specifically after the b.s. that's been going on here in michigan (and pretty much everywhere actually) that is "anti k-12 education".

if you haven't heard (have been living under a rock), the budget issues and choices of our fabulous (ha!)governor have the potential of severely effecting kids/our future. www.mea.org/lawmakers-agree-deep-education-budget-cuts teachers, school employees, parents, and community members have started to form grass roots movements like you would not believe to be heard and try to change the poor decisions of our politicians. and we're actually making some progress. hopefully.

so anyway, i designed this logo a while ago. it was a rough sketch--just a concept. www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?fbid=10150133857264528&... my friend/co-worker rick took it to a t-shirt shop and had a ton printed up. many school districts/unions have purchased it and lots of individuals have as well...sorta cool huh?

so, i happen to have a few extras floating around. and so does rick. lemme know if you want one and i'll get it to you via personal delivery or mail. $11. that's all. just to cover the cost.

and hopefully i'll see some of you at the parade tomorrow. a ton of local teachers/school employees are marching in the trenton pararde. 10am. yay. :) trenton.patch.com/articles/memorial-day-celebrations-in-t...

and p.s. to lil jon: no worries. YOUR detroit tshirt was in my mail box when i got home today, so i'll do a frame shot w/ that one too. i doubt i'll get you much business, but you never know.
