Cape Buffalo "Black Death" - a photo on Flickriver

            Cape Buffalo (Syncerus caffer). The most awesome of all cape buffalo facts is that they are so dangerous they are referred to as "the Black Death"!  Their aggressive nature makes them impossible to domesticate, extremely unpredictable and temperamental. 
Our tracker (Nkosi) pointed out that "they stare at you like you owe them money".
