If you ever travel to Sintra, please include a visit to Cabo da Roca in your itinerary, if only for bragging rights that you have set foot on the westernmost point of continental Europe :)
The Lighthouse of Cabo da Roca was built in the 18th century and it's currently the second oldest lighthouse on the country's coast.
