A Token Totem at Little Bealings - a photo on Flickriver

            A  class 156 Sprinter comes through the long closed station at Little Bealings on a service from Ipswich to Lowestoft.
The station was closed by BR in September 1956 long before the  Beeching report. The goods yard lingered on until April 1965 and the Signalbox closed in 1984 following introduction of RETB.The Station platform and buildings survive and are commercial premises and a private dwelling. A really nice touch is the Totem.
