This is another shot from Lake Tekapo on our first evening there. Conditions were still and shortly after sunset, there were many photographers trying to take night images - many of whom did not seem to care for the presence of others. Despite the milky way being in a favourable position at the time, I headed back to our cottage and came back out in the early hours of the morning when it was much more peaceful. There was a slight breeze blowing the bush but not near as much as I have seen in other images. This one is 2 images with one focused on the ground and the other on the church and sky.
