100 Strangers: 80/100 Alyssa - a photo on Flickriver

Alyssa was with her friend Joy (see previous phot) when I approached them to ask if they would be happy to stop for a portrait. It was actually Alyssa who caught my attention originally, she as wearing a jacket but I could see her top and the necklace. Alyssa was really happy to stop for photos and a chat, I got my friend to bring in some light with a reflector and Alyssa took off her jacket and we made a few shots in middle of the street, it's always a quiet street with little traffic.

Alyssa was in London from Switzerland and this was a pretty spontaneous trip for her so I hope that the street portrait experience added to the vibe!

I am super grateful to Alyssa and her friend Joy for giving up some time to me as I continue to meet and photograph a world of wonderful people on the streets.
