The unique iconic location in Mejía, between Garcia Moreno and Venezuela, belonged to the multifaceted businessman Antonio Granda Centeno.

Its owner, Rodrigo Espinosa, thinks that the idea was not free:

In the year 2005 this ambitious project in the heart of the historic center. We have pioneered the use of the terrace and undertake an important investment with the aim of creating a unique environment within the greater and better preserved historic center of South America.

The experience begins when one of the most ancient lifts of the city transports us to a place that fuses the perfection of its historical enclave and the exquisite gastronomy. A spectacular view of the Historic Center delights our foreign and foreign visitors.

In 2012, this eternal intention to rescind our history we will grow, so we seek a place that allows us to look from another perspective to our majestic city. That is why, a minute search is managed by an immovable in the Itchimbia sector.
