Memorial

            Knowlton church ruins is one of the most atmospheric places in Dorset and is also said to be one of its most haunted. Its certainly an enchanting place, steeped in history and it makes you wander who has lived their lives there and the things that have happened.

Here's a view from the yew trees on the embankment, visitors have endowed them with all manner of memorial decorations for those no longer with us, ribbons, friendship bracelets and teddies. There certainly is a spooky feel stood in amongst it all!
