I suppose it couldn't be avoided, another Monday has come and is on its way out. I don't really know what it is about Mondays that make them seem to drag on and on, but they really seem to. 

A fairly quiet and uneventful day, work only had a few annoyances and French class went about as smoothly as it can, so I really shouldn't complain, except for the fact it was Monday and it dragged on and on. 

After dinner this evening Nard and I headed out on a walk to search for my photo of the day, we didn't have to go to far before I found these poking out of someone's yard. I don't think I've seen a flower quite like it before so it was easy to know that this would be my photo of the day. Balls of bright and cheerful flowers. I chose to zoom in because the background wasn't very pretty, but perhaps I'll find these again elsewhere and be able to take a photo of the entire thing for all of you. 

Oh, is anyone else having a hard time with Flickr and the activity feed? It keeps telling me I have no activity on my photos, which doesn't make sense because when I click photo to photo there are new comments.
