Sac Metro Fire Truck Co. - a photo on Flickriver

            Sac Metro firefighters were out inspecting a fireworks booth today.  They parked their ladder truck next to it in a parking lot which took about 10 spaces.  They were curious about the funny looking camera I had to take pictures with.  I asked them if they wanted to be in the picture and they graciously declined.  They were working...  I regret that I didn't ask them if I could seat myself in the ladder control seat...  I saw one of the guys riding in the seat waving to me as the truck drove past me on Watt Ave..  Yep, that was the seat I want to ride in.  Darn it.  Why wasn't I thinking...?
