Aviation ephemera - a varied selection of airline baggage tags from the late 1970s :)

Here is a souvenir of one of my 'breakaway' activities as a well-adjusted young teenager. We used to cruise the Terminals at Heathrow looking for baggage stickers and labels tucked behind the desks - I still have quite a collection somewhere. I can feel another Flickr theme coming... :)

A varied selection of Airline Baggage Tags from my archives - Pan Am 747, National Airlines and Libyan Arab Airlines all obtained by me at the time from the airline desks in Terminal 3 at London Heathrow. Libyan Arab was later banned from operating international flights into Europe after the Lockerbie air crash.
The Maersk Airlines and Linjeflyg tags I must have purloined from the desks on a visit to Stansted :)
