ENJOYING A SMOKE IN ENSENADA, BAJA CALIFORNIA, PLAZA HOTEL 1960

            Americans should realize that banning smoking in all public places is a discriminatory practice that should be amended to allow certain designated areas as "smoking zones." 

Because tobacco is legal and affords the government billions of dollars in taxes, it is a violation of one's civil rights to totally ban smoking. 

If smokers permit this moronic mentality to stand without challenge, do not be surprised if those who create such bans will soon feel at liberty to ban anyone with red hair and freckles from entering public swimming areas where the sunshine might be hazardous to their health due to their skin color. 

If America is anxious for such prejudices to flourish, continue these smoking bans and add new and different bans on a regular basis to infringe on a wide spectrum of civil rights. This will help us reclaim the "world's most bigoted nation" status and should create a continuing increase of hatred and bias.

Non smoking bans have become ridiculous and must be banned.
