Big sky over Disaster Bay - a photo on Flickriver

            A view over Disaster Bay from the lookout. The bay so called due to the dangerous waters and ships wrecked here prior to the erection of the nearby Green Cape Lighthouse. Nearby trees still showing the burnt signs of the big bushfires of the summer 2019-2020. The bay was visible back along this track and at other times I have never been able to view it through the trees. Some areas close by were not burnt as is the nature of such fires. Green Cape in the Ben Boyd National Park Far South Coast of NSW.
