Snug Cove Port of Eden NSW - a photo on Flickriver

            Located on the Far South Coast of NSW, Eden is a fishing town located on the large Twofold Bay. It also has a wood chipping plant across the bay and forested areas nearby. In earlier years it was known for its whaling ventures but today is popular with whale watchers and tourists. The vessel to the viewer’s left is the “Cat Balou” which operates bay and whale watching tours. I think the whales have finally moved past for this time of the year. The Port of Eden also has facilities for the docking of tourist ships. The yacht “Acchara” is mid photo.
