            Taken outside the Cincinnati Contemporary Arts Center in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

From the web in 2014:

"State-of-the-Art robot sculpture, circa 1988; recently refurbished to serve as Cincinnati's arts ambassador. A pay phone is attached to one of Metrobot's legs, and you can still make a call for a dime."

I'm pretty sure it is no longer there.
