Tenderly holding a cluster of tiny Vanda cristata Orchids

This delicate little creature was inconspicuously tucked in amongst lush ferns growing on a shadowy tree. Only because the morning light bounced off the white petals did I even notice it.

So perfect in every detail... the 5 greenish brown outer petals and the brilliant white shield with its vibrant purple markings! Hard to believe something so extraordinary could almost slip by me... unnoticed!
