‘Off the Wall Balloon’ - a photo on Flickriver

            One of the most unique balloons at the Art & Air festival in Albany, Oregon this year.  This balloon and it's owners have a very interesting background, if you get a chance do a tiny bit of research and read all about them.
The last morning of the festival was very hazy because of all the wild fires going on in the state hence the colors are not the best.
