            Hi everyone! I'm back! Wow, I haven't made a bento since June 15, 2009...that's 8 months! Yikes!

I'm trying to get back to making bentos but I've just been so lazy lately. Hope I can keep it up like I used to!

Here's a bento I made for my husband to take to work today =)

The rice was colored naturally using beets. At first I cooked my rice using beet juice from a can and it turned out orange/peach!! So I ended up chopping up the canned beets and mixing it into the rice which gave me that pretty pink color....although I did have to pick out all the little beet pieces when it was the right color -__-

P.S. Does anyone know how to get rid of grain in photos?
