Gala Re-opening Cheddleton Staffordshire 13th November 2010

            The headboard says it all really. British Railways Standard Pacific 71000 Duke of Gloucester backs out of the bay platform at Cheddleton station on the Churnet Valley Railway to work the late running train to Froghall.

We had just returned from Cauldon Lowe (shouldn't that be Cauldon Low BTW?) on the second through train of the day - the 11.25am from Froghall which ran 20 minutes late - top and tailed by SR Bulleid 34028 Eddystone & Class 33 diesel 33021.
