Magnificent Frigatebird juvenile - a photo on Flickriver

            The Magnificent Frigatebird is found off both coasts of the Americas, with disjunct populations on the Galapagos and the Cape Verde Islands off Africa. The juveniles, as in this image, have white heads — those of adults are black. This bird was seen on a kayak outing on the Laguna de Potosi near Ixtapa in the state of Guerrero, on the Pacific coast of Mexico.
