El viejo vapor

Excombatiente de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, el Saint Christopher prestó servicio durante el desembarco aliado en las playas de Normandía, para ser luego vendido a una empresa naviera Argentina y finalmente encallado y abandonado en 1957 en las frías aguas de la bahía de Ushuaia, Provincia del Fuego (Argentina). Este hermoso remolcador es hoy uno de pos principales atractivos turísticos en la ciudad de Ushuahia.

ENGLISH CAPTION: "Old Steam" Veteran of the Second World War, Saint Christopher served during the Allied invasion to the beaches of Normandy. Afterwards it was sold for commercial service to an Argentinian shipping company, and finally grounded and abandoned in 1957 into the cold waters of the Bay of Ushuaia, Province of Fire (Argentina). This beautiful tugboat is today one of the major tourist attractions in the Ushuaia city.
