Alfama Tram

            Zwei Linien der Lissaboner Straßenbahn werden mit historischen Fahrzeugen gefahren. Dabei ist die Altstadt Alfama besonders beliebt bei Fotografen, dort schlängeln sich die Gleise durch enge Gassen und Straßen, manchmal ist nicht mal eine Handbreit platz zu den Häuserwänden. 
In dem Restaurant am rechten Bildrand haben wir lecker zu Mittag gespeist, bei mir gab es gegrillten Hasen mit Knoblauch ;-)
Schon allein für diese Fotos hat sich die fast 3 Stündige Fahrt von der Algarve nach Lissabon gelohnt.

Two lines of the Lisbon tram run with historic vehicles. The old town of Alfama is particularly popular with photographers, where the tracks wind through narrow alleys and streets, sometimes there isn't even a hand's width of space to the walls of houses. We had a delicious lunch in the restaurant on the right edge of the picture; I had grilled rabbit with garlic ;-)
The almost 3 hour drive from the Algarve to Lisbon was worth it just for these photos.
