            Na afloop van het Plandampf evenement Dampf trifft Kies, zijn mijn vader en ik nog een dagje naar de Harz gegaan om ons daar nog even uit te kunnen leven.
In eerste instantie richtten we ons op de plekjes waar ik al in geen tijden meer was geweest: het traject tussen Nordhausen en Wernigerode en naar Schierke. Maar halverwege de dag ontdekte ik dat op deze dag, diverse dieselritten met stoom werden gereden. Een bezoekje aan de Selketalbahn was daarom erg aantrekkelijk. Helaas.... het was oktober, dus al vroeg donker. Dat nam echter niet weg dat we nog veel hebben kunnen fotograferen op Alexisbad en Gernrode.

After the Plandampf event Dampf trifft Kies, my father and I went to the Harz for a day to indulge ourselves with steam.
At first we focused on the places we had not been in ages: the stretch between Nordhausen and Wernigerode and to Schierke. But halfway through the day I discovered that on this day, several diesel rides were done with steam. A visit to the Selketalbahn was therefore very attractive. Unfortunately .... it was October, so dark early. However, that did not alter the fact that we were able to photograph a lot at Alexisbad and Gernrode.

Nach dem Plandampf Veranstaltung Dampf trifft Kies gingen mein Vater und ich für einen Tag in den Harz, um uns zu verwöhnen.
Zuerst konzentrierten wir uns auf die Stellen, an denen wir seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gewesen war: die Strecke zwischen Nordhausen und Wernigerode und nach Schierke. Aber Mitte des Tages stellte ich fest, dass an diesem Tag mehrere Dieselfahrten mit Dampf durchgeführt wurden. Ein Besuch der Selketalbahn war daher sehr attraktiv. Leider ... es war Oktober, so früh dunkel. Das änderte jedoch nichts an der Tatsache, dass wir in Alexisbad und Gernrode noch viel fotografieren konnten.
