Relic - a photo on Flickriver

Relic

            Old abandoned Union Pacific warehouse in Morgan Utah.  I was experimenting with lomograflok, Instax monochrome, and an Aero Ektar lens.  Problem #1: Focus - I have the focus down and then you have to add the lomograflok back which adds about 19mm.  The focusing mask is ok but the process is less than ideal and may result in errors.  Problem #2: Instax and light, in this case, ISO 800-ish film and a f/2.5 aperture.  Seems I was in the 1/10,000 range initially.  Variable ND filter at about 256 was in the ballpark.  Problem #3: shifting sunlight, clouds etc.  Since it is a slow process the light does not fully cooperate.  Throw in a shitty tripod and shitty eyesight, just for fun.

I got 3 good shots of this building, not including this one because it was underdeveloped and washed out.  It was my first shot to get in the ballpark and I think we had to climb the fence.  

So I ran with this and had some fun.  Here is the result.
